Having spent over 30 years as a soccer coach, soccer player and soccer referee, (obviously a soccer lover), I have learned a lot of things about the game and its tools. When I started in soccer, it was simple. But the game has evolved. And we must evolve with it.

Soccer Gear

Soccer used to be recognized by its 32 panel black and white soccer ball. However that has been replaced by the new era of tougher, lighter, water resistant soccer balls. And some of the colors and designs are amazing. You can even design your own soccer ball.


Lightweight material, and stronger compounds have made soccer cleats last longer but weigh less. But we still get to call them soccer shoes, soccer cleats, or soccer boots. That is our right.



Soccer Equipment

It used to be that you had to go to a soccer field to practice. After all that was the only place that you could find a net. Now you can take a portable soccer goal with you anywhere you go. Or maybe you need a full size soccer goal for your new city soccer field.

Of course no team can be without soccer cones and agility ladders, to make the most of the limited practice time most teams get. These cones are lightweight and useful for an endless number of soccer drills.
